What is best: Justice or Mercy

The news of Osama Bin Laden's death evokes varying reactions in people. Many rejoice that he "GOT WHAT HE DESERVED" and many are enjoying the katharsis of seeing justice being executed. I think that there are now many more who will desire to GET EVEN with the US for killing Osama. I think President Obama is taking full advantage of Bin Laden's death. WE DID IT. The Bush Administration did not do it; the Obama Administration did it. Some speculate that President Obama actually hindered the operation that executed Osama Bin Laden.

Obama echoes the Bush statement: "We are not at war with Islam" an goes on to state that  "Bin laden was not a Muslim leader. He was a mass murderer of Muslims."His demise should be welcomed by all who believe in peace and human dignity," Obama said ( from the May 2, 2011 article By DEVIN DWYER (@devindwyer) and JAKE TAPPER (@jaketapper.). JUSTICE HAS BEEN DONE!

That justice has been done is true because Bin Laden murdered many who opposed him throughout the world. Jesus Christ death and resurrection was accomplished so that we can receive MERCY rather than JUSTICE. It is tragic that so many people like Osama bin Laden die in their opposition to Jesus Christ, the Son of the Almighty God. Make this your mantra: Hosanna! Jesus, God save us all! Be merciful unto all of us who have sinned!  Then be willing to change your mind and live for Christ.
